Summary: The Client Aquisition Officer / Marketer drives business growth by generating leads, engaging potential clients, and closing sales. Develops marketing strategies, builds client relationships, and conducts market research to optimize acquisition efforts. Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills are key. Also supports the HR in reviewing applications, interviewing and managing applicant’s database.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and referrals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Provide personalized solutions and maintain regular communication to build trust and loyalty.
Sales & Business Development
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through pitches, meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Marketing Strategies & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional events.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client preferences, and industry demands.
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements to enhance client acquisition efforts.
Follow-Up & Candidate Support
- Provide pre-interview coaching and job readiness support to candidates.
- Ensure placed candidates transition smoothly into their new roles, maintaining employer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on client acquisition effectiveness to improve strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A certification in digital marketing or sales is a plus.
- 2–4 years in sales, business development, client acquisition, or marketing. Proven success in lead generation, closing deals, and customer relationship management is required.
- Experience in Client acquisition, interviewing/training skills and HR support.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client conversion, and closing deals.
- Experience in executing digital and offline marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
- Ability to communicate persuasively and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Understanding of industry trends and competitors to improve client acquisition strategies.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and acquisition goals.
